Responsibility
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks to meet project hiring targets.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidatesâ qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, role expectations, and selection criteria for project-based positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and documentation.
- Maintain a talent pipeline and database to ensure quick turnaround for urgent hiring needs.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and ethical recruitment practices.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, challenges, and successes to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in a project-based or fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for diverse roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
- Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in the Philippines/Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing project requirements.
