Responsibility

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and internal documentation.
  • Help organize employee engagement initiatives, team-building events, and company culture programs.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration under supervision.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and communications for management review.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, correspondence, and meeting coordination.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR management with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
