Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and internal documentation.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives, team-building events, and company culture programs.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration under supervision.
- Conduct research on HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and communications for management review.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR management with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR or administrative roles is advantageous.
