Responsibility
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, from job postings to candidate onboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee HR administration, including contract management, employee records, and compliance documentation.
- Provide payroll support, collaborating with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Develop and implement HR policies in line with local labor laws and company standards.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Monitor workplace safety and well-being initiatives, ensuring a healthy and productive environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with exposure to recruitment and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems; experience with local platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous).
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are highly desirable.
