Responsibility
- Lead the digital transformation of HR processes, including the implementation and optimization of KPI-OKR frameworks.
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management to attract and retain top-tier professionals.
- Design and monitor performance management systems, ensuring fairness, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including training programs, career development, and wellness activities.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, mitigating risks and fostering a safe work environment.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, resolving complex HR issues with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior or generalist role.
- Proven track record in HR digitalization, performance management (KPI-OKR), and talent development.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and best practices in HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and data analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
