Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to assess candidate fit.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and track key metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment with business goals.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Ensure all hiring practices adhere to labor laws and company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR generalist roles.
- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, or recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with the mining, energy, or industrial sector is a plus.
