Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive HR operational support, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
- Manage HR inquiries and resolve employee concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, leave, and compensation processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate HR-related training and development programs for healthcare staff.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR service delivery and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the healthcare or shared services sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
