Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive HR operational support, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
  • Manage HR inquiries and resolve employee concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, leave, and compensation processes.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate HR-related training and development programs for healthcare staff.
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR service delivery and employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the healthcare or shared services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
