Responsibility
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment, including job posting creation, candidate sourcing, and screening.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates via email, phone, or video calls.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and provide feedback to the HR team.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including social media updates and career page management.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases (e.g., ATS, spreadsheets) with candidate information and hiring metrics.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, or virtual hiring sessions.
- Collaborate with the HR team to analyze recruitment data and suggest improvements for hiring processes.
- Provide administrative support, such as preparing offer letters, onboarding documents, and HR reports.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, ATS platforms) is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Basic understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and recruitment best practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Passion for talent acquisition, employer branding, or HR analytics.
