Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, with a focus on fairness and transparency.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and generate reports for management review.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and goal setting.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
