Responsibility
- Develop and implement regional HR strategies aligned with company goals and local regulations.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and international HR standards.
- Design and execute compensation, benefits, and wellness programs to attract and retain talent.
- Lead training and development initiatives to upskill employees and foster career growth.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR policies with business objectives.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance in Southeast Asia.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and multinationals HR practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools.
- Ability to relocate to Bali or commute to designated office locations.
