Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, attendance, and personal details, in compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, from job postings to new hire orientation.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, including work permits and visas for expatriate staff.
- Coordinate performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as office management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken); Mandarin fluency is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and payroll systems.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and payroll software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
