Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various industries.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, social media, and networking to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
- Conduct behavioral and technical interviews, assessing candidate fit for cultural and role-specific needs.
- Manage candidate relationships, providing a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the companyâs reputation as a top employer.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and referrals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume recruitment setting.
- Familiarity with HR software (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and hiring managers.
