Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for remote and hybrid roles.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company values and local/regional labor laws.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance management systems to ensure fairness and transparency.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Organize virtual team-building activities, training programs, and professional development initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including contracts, attendance, and compliance documentation, using digital HRIS tools.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics (e.g., turnover, retention, hiring time) to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and company policies in all HR-related communications and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, or HR operations.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or similar) and virtual collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and international HR compliance is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
