Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and personal data updates in HR systems.
- Process payroll and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate payments while addressing employee inquiries.
- Coordinate recruitment logistics, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation in alignment with local and international labor laws.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, such as virtual team-building activities and wellness programs.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making for management.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards in all HR-related tasks.
- Provide administrative support for performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback collection.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, payroll processing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements, preferably in a multinational or remote work context.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to resolve HR-related issues efficiently.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
