Responsibility
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new hires.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements, including tax deductions and benefits administration.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including orientation sessions, documentation, and exit interviews.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events to foster a positive work culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations and alignment with business objectives.
- Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to recruitment, payroll, or employee relations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia or others) are advantageous.
