Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent for the ECRL project.
- Administer employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the project’s needs.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with project managers to align HR strategies with operational goals.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Certification in HR (e.g., HRDF, SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
