Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates for various roles.
- Conduct job matching, selection, and shortlisting of applicants based on role requirements and organizational fit.
- Prepare and deliver in-house training programs for new hires and existing employees to ensure smooth onboarding and skill development.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, criteria, and interview processes.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and metrics to track hiring efficiency and success rates.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to support competitive compensation packages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a high-volume recruitment setting.
- Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in Indonesia (a plus).
- Passion for building relationships and a candidate-centric approach to hiring.
