Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of HR systems to align with organizational goals and enhance employee experience.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and functionality of HR technology solutions.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive user adoption and engagement with HR systems, including training and change management initiatives.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
- Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of HR system updates, ensuring compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
- Act as the primary liaison between HR and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and implement scalable solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend new HR technologies and tools to support evolving business needs and industry best practices.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to continuously refine and improve HR processes and workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in HR systems administration, implementation, or consulting, with a strong understanding of HRIS platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR technology projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and adoption.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate HR strategies into technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights from HR metrics.
- Familiarity with compliance and data privacy regulations relevant to HR systems (e.g., GDPR, local labor laws).
