Responsibility
- Assist in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and HR operations (HR track)
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive business decisions (Data track)
- Help with financial planning, budgeting, and transaction processing (Finance track)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Attend training sessions and professional development workshops
- Contribute to company culture and team-building activities
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, HR, Data Science, Finance, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic understanding of HR practices, data analysis, or financial principles (depending on track)
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with automotive industry is a plus
