Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for new hires.
- Oversee employee records, contracts, and HR documentation to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration, liaising with finance and external vendors as needed.
- Handle procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for office supplies, cleaning equipment, and operational materials, ensuring cost-effective stock management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to foster a positive and compliant work environment.
- Assist in performance management, including appraisals, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, reporting, and general office coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role, preferably in the service or facilities management industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships efficiently.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in multicultural teams and adapting to diverse workplace dynamics.
