Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company’s global and local business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition, ensuring the recruitment of high-caliber professionals who uphold the brand’s prestige.
- Design and implement performance management systems to drive productivity and employee engagement.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local/regional standards.
- Champion employee development initiatives, including training, mentorship, and career progression pathways.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that reflects the company’s values of excellence, tradition, and innovation.
- Manage HR compliance and labor relations, mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to Indonesian employment laws.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align workforce planning with long-term business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a Head of HR or equivalent role.
- Proven track record in strategic HR management, talent development, and organizational transformation.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and experience navigating multicultural work environments.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to HR metrics.
- Experience in the luxury, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a bonus.
