Responsibility
- Conduct structured interviews using validated recruiting and selection tools to assess candidate fit.
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR generalist roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams.
