Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with company objectives and local labor laws.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance appraisals to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee payroll administration, benefits, and compensation structures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate general affairs functions, including office administration, facility management, and vendor relations.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, health and safety standards, and internal audits.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs, training initiatives, and career development plans.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business growth and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
