Responsibility
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for UNIQLO retail positions using various recruitment platforms and networks.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communications, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Organize and participate in hiring events, job fairs, and campus recruitment drives as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws throughout the hiring process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in recruitment, preferably in retail, hospitality, or high-volume hiring environments.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques and interview methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with UNIQLO’s brand and values is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
