As a key player in our APAC team, youâll leverage your expertise in end-to-end recruitmentâfrom candidate sourcing and engagement to client management and deal closure. Responsibility
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the entire recruitment process for AU/NZ roles, from job brief analysis to candidate onboarding.
- Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Proactively identify, attract, and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and niche platforms.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their talent needs.
- Market Mapping: Conduct competitive intelligence to identify talent pools and industry trends in AU/NZ.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback and guidance to candidates and clients.
- Negotiation & Offer Management: Lead salary negotiations, extend offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Pipeline Development: Maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on KPIs such as time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in 360 recruitment (full-cycle) with a focus on AU/NZ markets or similar high-demand regions.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and market dynamics in Australia and New Zealand.
- Sourcing Expertise: Advanced skills in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools to identify top talent.
- Sales Acumen: Strong ability to sell opportunities to candidates and clients, with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Resilience & Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM/ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, JobAdder) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Remote Work Readiness: Self-motivated with a stable internet connection and a professional home office setup in Bali.
