Responsibility
- Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Help with employee onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires complete necessary paperwork.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in payroll processing by verifying timesheets, calculating deductions, and preparing reports.
- Coordinate HR-related events, such as team-building activities, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct research on HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends to support policy development.
- Provide general support to HR staff, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelorâs degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and recruitment processes is advantageous.
- Availability to work onsite in Bali for the duration of the internship (minimum 3-6 months).
