Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the HR team, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services across all locations.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to enhance productivity.
- Conduct HR audits and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Organize training and development programs to support employee growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
