As the HR Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing workforce relations, recruitment, and administrative functions at our mining site. Responsibility
- Oversee daily HR operations at the mining site, including attendance, payroll, and employee records management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs in alignment with local labor laws and company standards.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for site personnel, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive work environment to enhance morale and productivity.
- Conduct regular training and development programs to upskill the workforce and ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols.
- Collaborate with site management to forecast staffing needs and optimize workforce allocation.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and performance evaluations, to drive data-informed decisions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations in all HR-related activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in mining, construction, or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment contracts, and industrial relations.
- Proven ability to manage HR functions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local dialects are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to the mining site in Badung, Bali.
