Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to employee needs and organizational goals.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with department heads to create role-specific training modules and onboarding programs.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and e-learning sessions to enhance employee competencies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Maintain and update training materials, manuals, and digital resources to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning by organizing lunch-and-learn sessions, mentorship programs, and career development initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR training to drive innovation in our learning strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (4-5 years course).
- Proven experience in training coordination, instructional design, or HR development (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating training materials and reports.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a plus.
