Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for after-sales service teams, focusing on technical skills, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and assessments to ensure team competence and compliance with Hyundai standards.
- Collaborate with regional service managers to identify training needs and tailor programs to address skill gaps.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure all training materials and resources are up-to-date and aligned with Hyundai’s global standards and local regulations.
- Lead onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles within the after-sales department.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, encouraging team members to pursue certifications and advanced training.
- Represent Hyundai at industry events, workshops, and conferences to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in automotive training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive training, after-sales service, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of Hyundai vehicles, service procedures, and customer service standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
- Proven ability to develop training programs, curricula, and assessment tools.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
