Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals and rail operations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Lead talent acquisition and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent in the rail industry.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
- Oversee performance management processes, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations and development plans.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP role, preferably in the rail or transportation industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in managing HR projects and initiatives from conception to implementation.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
