Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent for various roles across the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and competency-based interviews.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, to optimize processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostic industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms, including job boards, ATS, and social media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Indonesia and the Philippines is a plus.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for talent acquisition and people development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
