Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention in manufacturing environments.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related matters, providing insights and recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Oversee HR compliance, ensuring adherence to company policies, labor regulations, and industry standards.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including training programs, career development, and workplace culture enhancement.
  • Manage HR metrics and analytics to assess workforce trends, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR practices with business goals and operational needs.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in manufacturing or operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR compliance, and employee relations best practices.
  • Proven experience in workforce planning, talent management, and HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
