Join Concentrix as a Mobility Specialist and play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless global mobility for our expatriate workforce. Based in the vibrant regions of Bali, you will manage the end-to-end Employment Pass (EP) process, ensuring compliance with local regulations while delivering an exceptional experience for new hires and renewing employees.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for human resources and global mobility. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, government agencies, and external vendors to streamline immigration processes, resolve complex cases, and provide expert guidance on work authorization requirements.

Responsibility
- Manage the full lifecycle of Employment Pass (EP) applications, renewals, and cancellations for expatriate employees.
- Liaise with government agencies, including the Ministry of Manpower and immigration authorities, to ensure timely processing and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Legal, Finance) and external vendors (relocation agencies, law firms) to facilitate smooth onboarding and mobility.
- Conduct pre-application assessments to determine eligibility and advise on alternative visa options if necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Provide guidance to employees and hiring managers on immigration policies, timelines, and requirements.
- Monitor changes in immigration regulations and update internal processes to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Resolve escalated issues related to work permits, dependant passes, and other mobility-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in global mobility, immigration services, or HR operations.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian immigration laws and Employment Pass procedures.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex immigration cases.
- Proficiency in HRIS and document management systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
