Responsibility
- Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to the needs of our diverse workforce.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules to enhance employee competencies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven improvements.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and industry experts.
- Support organizational change initiatives by providing development resources and guidance.
- Create and manage a learning management system (LMS) to track employee progress and training completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
