Responsibility
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across marketing, creative, and operational roles.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and streamline the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Promote Eden Cube’s employer brand through compelling job postings, social media, and industry events.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency and quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in a fast-growing company.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for employer branding and creating a positive candidate experience.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate (remote flexibility available).
