Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Support employer branding efforts by drafting compelling job descriptions and social media content.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment events, and networking sessions.
- Conduct initial phone screens and reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
- Assist in onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for connecting with people.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
