Responsibility
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires to meet staffing needs.
- Manage HR administration, including employment contracts, payroll coordination, and employee records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards to track key metrics such as turnover, hiring efficiency, and employee engagement.
- Assist in workforce planning by analyzing data trends and forecasting staffing requirements for seasonal peaks.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, including work permits, benefits, and disciplinary procedures.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with the hotel’s values.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with operational goals and improve retention rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and employment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia fluency is a plus).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and generate actionable insights.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
