Responsibility
- Administer and maintain HRIS platforms (Oracle/UKG), ensuring system integrity, security, and compliance.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline HR processes, reducing manual workload.
- Provide technical support to HR teams and employees, troubleshooting system issues and resolving queries.
- Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards using SQL and other data tools to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system improvements and implement enhancements.
- Conduct user training and create documentation to ensure effective system adoption.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose scalable solutions.
- Stay updated on HR technology trends and recommend innovations to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS administration, with hands-on expertise in Oracle or UKG.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, etc.) and system integration.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., workflows, scripts) and process optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, local labor laws) and system security best practices.
- Ability to work in a mid-shift schedule and adapt to a hybrid work model.
