Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across departments.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and onboarding sessions for new and existing employees.
- Develop and maintain performance management systems, including KPIs, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HRD strategies with business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and ROI analysis.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, team-building activities, and career development paths.
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and labor laws to ensure compliance and innovation in HRD policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR Development, Training, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs with measurable impact.
- Strong understanding of performance management, talent development, and organizational behavior.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
