Responsibility
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make data-driven hiring recommendations.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as a top employer in the security industry.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume recruitment processes.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and recruitment technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
