Responsibility
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract top talent for education-focused roles, including teachers, administrators, and support staff.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a mix of traditional and innovative recruitment methods (e.g., social media, job boards, networking).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs, leveraging CRM tools and candidate databases.
- Conduct reference checks, background verifications, and onboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for new hires.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize processes and improve hiring efficiency.
- Represent Mind Stretcher Education at virtual career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance employer branding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure compliance and innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in the education sector or remote work environments.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet), and social media for recruitment.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience with remote hiring tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello) and a passion for education are highly desirable.
