Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement organizational structures, job descriptions, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and HR policies aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the development of a performance management system, including KPIs, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, industry regulations, and internal policies, preparing the organization for audits.
- Drive talent development programs, including training, succession planning, and career pathing initiatives.
- Conduct organizational diagnostics to identify gaps and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a high-performance culture and employee engagement.
- Oversee HR analytics and reporting to track key metrics and inform data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & Organizational Development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in designing organizational structures, SOPs, and performance management systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, compliance standards, and audit preparation processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in the construction, manufacturing, or heavy machinery industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
