As a Student Recruitment Consultant, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, providing expert advice on our programs, addressing inquiries, and organizing engaging recruitment events. Your ability to build rapport and communicate effectively will be key to helping students make informed decisions about enrolling at Hattitude Academy.

Responsibility
- Provide personalized guidance to prospective students about Hattitude Academy’s beauty programs, courses, and career opportunities.
- Manage and respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and coordinate recruitment events, open days, and campus tours to attract and engage potential students.
- Develop and implement student outreach strategies, including social media campaigns, partnerships with schools, and community engagement.
- Assist students with the enrollment process, including application submissions, document verification, and fee payments.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as inquiry volumes, conversion rates, and event attendance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and digital content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Hattitude Academy as a leader in beauty education.
Qualifications
- Malaysian citizenship (mandatory).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in student recruitment, sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire prospective students.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., Malay, Indonesian) are a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or student management software is advantageous.
- Passion for the beauty and education industries, with a commitment to student success.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required for events and student consultations.
