Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive L&D strategies aligned with business goals in the F&B, hospitality, and retail sectors.
- Design and deliver high-impact training programs for leadership, operational staff, and frontline teams.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunities across multiple locations.
- Collaborate with senior management to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine programs.
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring seamless integration and rapid competency development.
- Partner with external vendors and industry experts to bring innovative training solutions to the organization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all training activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on F&B, hospitality, or retail.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing successful training programs at a managerial level.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and performance management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in conducting training needs analyses and measuring training ROI.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and e-learning tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a hands-on approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certification in L&D is a plus.
