Responsibility

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives and drive business performance.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies, conducting regular feedback sessions and implementing improvement actions.
  • Oversee performance management processes, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations and development plans for employees.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and organizational capabilities.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies across all business locations in Bali.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHRi) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
  • Proven experience working in a multicultural environment, preferably with exposure to expat and local teams in Indonesia.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with experience ensuring compliance in a dynamic business setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze HR data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR technology platforms to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for driving HR innovation and best practices.
