Responsibility
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring we attract high-caliber professionals for all levels of the organization.
- HR Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies in accordance with Indonesian labor laws, maintaining full legal compliance and mitigating risks.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and organizing engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
- Performance Management: Design and oversee performance appraisal systems, providing constructive feedback and identifying training needs to enhance team productivity.
- Training & Development: Collaborate with department heads to create and deliver tailored training programs that upskill staff and align with business objectives.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- HR Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, hiring efficiency) to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
- Workforce Planning: Partner with senior management to forecast staffing needs and develop succession plans for critical roles.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years in a senior HR role, preferably within the hospitality, F&B, or retail industries.
- HR Expertise: Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, recruitment best practices, and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive HR initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to craft clear policies, reports, and training materials.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a talent for resolving complex employee relations issues and improving HR processes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Cultural Fit: Passion for the F&B industry, with a customer-centric and people-oriented approach to HR management.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
