Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with labor laws and company values to ensure compliance and fairness.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for clinical and administrative roles.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and goal-setting initiatives.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable remuneration packages.
- Monitor workforce metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement) and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to build a culturally rich and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or therapy sector.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and best practices in HR management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
