Responsibility
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and initial screening.
- Leverage job portals, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and qualifications.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers for efficient talent pipeline management.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Assist in HR administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, and compliance checks.
- Participate in team meetings and HR projects to contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders professionally.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet), and ATS systems is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HR processes, talent acquisition, and employment laws in Indonesia.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Passion for HR, recruitment, and people development with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
