As an L&D Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that empower employees, enhance organizational performance, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibility
- Design and develop engaging training programs tailored to public sector needs, including onboarding, compliance, and upskilling initiatives.
- Conduct training needs analyses (TNA) to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules for diverse employee groups, ensuring high engagement and knowledge retention.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align L&D strategies with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback surveys, assessments, and performance metrics, and iterate programs based on insights.
- Curate and maintain learning resources, including manuals, digital content, and external training partnerships.
- Support the implementation of learning management systems (LMS) and track employee progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in L&D to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in L&D, training coordination, or a similar role (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and basic LMS platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, government-linked environment.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
