Responsibility
- Design and deliver comprehensive learning and development programmes tailored to government HR needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and create targeted training solutions.
- Develop and implement innovative HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programmes through data-driven metrics and feedback analysis.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules to support professional growth.
- Partner with senior leadership to align L&D strategies with organizational objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure programmes remain relevant and impactful.
- Manage vendor relationships and external partnerships for training and development resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Learning & Development, preferably within the public sector or large organizations.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and HR programme management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop scalable solutions.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Adaptability to work in a hybrid or remote setting within Bali.
